Originally from England, Elaine has called Scituate home since 1998 and takes pride in being an active part of the community. Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset to every interaction, Elaine ensures clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey.

She also has 10 years of experience with Bass PLC in the UK, where she served as a Customer Service Manager and Senior Project Manager, and 5 years in the hospitality industry in the UK, managing hotels such as Holiday Inns, Crest Hotels, and Embassy Hotel.
Elaine's professional achievements include being the #1 Realtor in the Scituate office for 2023 and 2024, a Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer, consistently ranking in the top 3 in her office, and being among the top 50 Realtors on the South Shore.
Elaine is actively involved in her community, contributing to Community Servings, serving as a former active member of the PTO for Scituate schools, and coaching gymnastics in Scituate.

Lauren became a Realtor in May 2022; and has already seen success in her business. Although recently licensed, she has been around real estate her entire life. Her Mom Elaine, a top producing agent in the Coldwell Banker Realty Scituate office, has mentored her in all aspects of the business. In addition, Lauren has her own photography and videography company and has captured hundreds of homes and headshots for realtors. She has seen the ins and outs of what it takes to prepare a home for market. She has helped put together video resumes and testimonial videos for realtors and has learned how to market herself and her properties in this competitive field. In addition to photographing real estate, she also photographs and videos families, weddings, and events. Prior to starting her own business, she worked for Education First, a travel sales company and was #1 in sales production and customer satisfaction on her team. She lived in Spain for two years teaching English and also interned at Disney World working with families from all over the world. Being conversationally fluent in Spanish has allowed her to broaden her scope of clients she can service.
Lauren graduated from Marist College in NY with a bachelor's degree in communications. Having lived in Scituate since she was a child, she has extensive knowledge and understandings of the schools, neighborhoods, restaurants, marinas, beaches, and so much more that our beautiful South Shore community has to offer.
Outside of work Lauren donates a lot of her time capturing photos and videos for a nonprofit called empowerHER who mentors girls that have lost their mothers. She also loves to work out and spend time with her yellow lab Ollie. She is competitive and often sees that trait cross over to her work life.

Meet Paul Bowers. Growing up in Boston and on the South Shore, Paul has been licensed to sell real estate for more than 30 years. During that time, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the the Real Estate industry while also working in finance, residential and commercial lending, as well corporate relocation. His customers seek him out not only for his expert advice, but also for his commitment to world class customer service.
Paul serves the Boston Area and the entire South Shore. He uses his extensive experience helping sellers develop the best marketing program for their home with the assistance of the Scituate-based Coldwell Banker Cole Austin sales team. He also works with home buyers who need an agent who will work full time to find them the perfect home.
As a long-time member of the board of directors at the Marshfield Historical Society and the Marshfield Chamber of Commerce, Paul works closely with several business partners who are committed to the preservation of the unique historic quality of the neighborhoods along the coastline from Quincy to Plymouth.
In his spare time, you will find Paul restoring his 100-year-old Scituate cottage, doing some fishing, or enjoying some time racing one-design sailboats off the New England coast.
